Lebo is a seasoned project delivery specialist, leading and managing a multitude of projects across various technology driven industries aiming to enhance operational efficiencies and achieve their digital transformation mandates.  In leading these initiatives, Lebo drives key strategic partnerships and continues to contribute meaningful intellectual capital working closely with CEOs, funders, C-level executives and steerco’s in mitigating complex program delivery risks.

Lebo started her career in the banking and financial services sector with stints at Standard Bank, Liberty Life and Barclays Bank. She then transitioned into the management consulting field, providing strategic insights to various entities – private, public, state-owned, smme’s, universities - in addressing operational challenges, and later established a niche to full-scale project management and delivery capabilities for large and complex projects. Lebo possesses deep expertise in the implementation of best practice project management approaches ensuring projects - coordinated in structured project management offices (PMOs) - adhere to governance principles and realise their intended benefits/ ROIs.

Lebo is an MBA graduate from Wits Business School with undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Economics from Rhodes University. She holds post graduate qualifications from UCT & UCT Graduate School of Business. With a  keen interest in the academic field, Lebo facilitates project and change management programmes with various training institutions. Lebo continues to refine and hone her specialist capabilities as a subject matter expert implementing digital transformation projects aligned to policy, strategy and target operating models and leading the successful delivery of advanced ERP programs, supporting entities seeking innovative and advanced technology solutions.
